Ferrules

Stainless Products ferrules are made to precise tolerances insuring true roundness and angles for accurate mating and easy installation. From sanitary clamp to John Perry to bevel seat, we offer a complete line to meet all your needs.

Stainless Products ferrules are manufactured from 304/316L stainless steel and finished off with a 32RA polish on both the ID and OD.

3-A Sanitary Clamp Ferrules

SPI clamp ferrules provide a dependable, quick, and easy solution to product or cleaning lines. A simple turn of a wing nut opens or locks the clamp for quick assembly. Our clamp fittings meet 3-A standards for Clean-in-place (CIP). With available adapters, clamp fittings can be connected to industrial or sanitary OD tubing, IPS, or other connections.

Bevel seat ferrules from SPI are machined with no shoulder joints, sharp edges, or deep crevices. They provide a secure sanitary connection and can be assembled and disassembled quickly and easily for fast cleaning.
